These beautiful tutus certainly say Happy Valentine's Day! We made 6 variations each to match the Valentine Beaded Collars that we carry. The embellishments really stand out against all the different color tulles, and the big bow accent really finishes off the look.
The tutu has an Elastic waist band covered in satin. Each tutu is handmade and my vary slightly in color and style.
**Tutu only comes in one size can fit small, medium and some big dogs because of the elastic waistband. NOT puppies**
